For work that is deemed not covered by warranty, by the attending service person, there will be a charge for their visit, however depending on the diagnosed fault i.e. installation error, this could then be on-charged to your original installer.
For all work deemed outside core hours (Monday to Friday; 8am – 6pm) a call out fee will be applied (i.e. evenings/weekends), which the price can vary between services providers, so it is important that you ask for this information up front, this call out fee is not covered by warranty.
